Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, South Dakota, or Utah.
Shipping rates
- Orders up to $100: $8.95 standard shipping (3 to 4 business days)
- Orders over $100: free shipping (5 to 8 business days)
California orders
California requires an adult signature (21 and over) with ID at delivery for tobacco products. The carrier charges extra for this service, so California orders up to $100 ship for $14.95. Orders over $100 ship free, and we cover the signature fee ourselves.
Personalized orders
Most personalized boxes are engraved within 24 to 48 hours after you approve your final draft. Delivery times begin once your order ships.
Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to purchase from Baron of HAVANA. A carrier may require an adult signature at delivery.
Tracking updates
After your order ships, it can take up to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) for tracking to update. Your package is on its way even if tracking hasn't caught up yet. We'll email you as your order progresses.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check the delivery address on your order, look around every possible delivery spot, and ask your neighbors, since packages are sometimes left at the wrong door. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number; they may have more details. We'll gladly support your claim with the carrier, but we can't be held responsible for packages that were delivered and then lost or stolen.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally a carrier returns a package as undeliverable, most often because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If that happens, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again. Reshipping costs may apply when the address provided was incorrect. Personalized items can't be refunded once engraved.
