Return and Refund Policy
All product, service, and other informational details, as well as any associated prices, are subject to change at any time and without prior notification, at Our sole discretion. Some goods, services, or other resources might only be accessible online via the website. Limited amounts of these goods, services, or other materials may be available, and only in accordance with Our Refund Policy as outlined in the next Section.
Please get in touch with customer service if you’re not happy with your purchase and let them know what you want to return and why. Please be aware that only defective or incorrectly delivered products may be returned. Within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, you must make a refund claim for cigars and other smoking accessories. All other claims are rejected; we will only offer a swap if the merchandise is still in stock or a refund.
If the return has a valid justification, a Return Sticker will be provided. The return process must be finished within ten (10) days of getting the return label in order for it to be acknowledged. All goods being returned must be brand-new. All items need to be returned in their original packing. For a refund, the goods’ documentation, components, and extras must be returned with them. The reimbursement will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of getting a return.
